When will my order ship?

Under normal circumstances, orders for in-stock items that are received before 10:00 AM Eastern time on normal business days will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM Eastern time will ship the same or the next business day. We will advise customers of any delays in processing or shipping orders via email within 24 hours of ordering. The estimated transit times for our shipping methods are provided by USPS; although they are generally accurate, we cannot guarantee delivery within a given time frame. ALL ORDERS ASKING IF YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP TODAY WILL BE REFERRED TO THIS FAQ.

Where is my order?

Sometimes, USPS can be slow and delays can happen. If your package hasn’t arrived within a given time frame, inform us and we will look into it. If the pack continues to be delayed or another incidence in where it hasn’t been delivered, we will work with you in terms of reshipment depending on product.

I have my tracking number, but why is it not tracking?

The post office usually scans tracking numbers at night. Even so, they are not very accurate. First Class tracking, for example, is the least accurate and will often not track at all when your order is on its way. Rest assured, your order is on its way. Priority mail has the most accurate tracking. Emails regarding why a shipment is not tracking within 24 hrs of receiving a tracking email will get ignored. Why will they get ignored? Because the answer has to do with giving USPS enough time to update and nothing to do when the product was shipped. You receive a tracking email – that means your product shipped.

My order came damaged or wrong item was received

Take a picture of the order immediately and send the following info to 1) Pictures of the items in question 2) your order number 3) name 4) Issue with the order. Any emails that do not have the info stated will get referred to this FAQ.

Are samples available

Not anymore.If you are a long term customer and request a sample, we will honor it.

We are based out of NY, New York

Do you offer a return policy?

Do to the nature of our products, we will not accept returns on opened packages. If within 7 days you wish to return your unopened item, then please contact us via our messaging system or by sending us an email. We will gladly return it, no questions asked.

What are you shipping methods?

We send all our packages via USPS. We offer priority only. Order over 55$ – We offer Free shipping via 1st Class mail if you choose it. Est delivery time for 1st Class is 3-7 days and does not track as well as priority. Priority shipping is estimated 1-3 days.

What kind of products do you sell?

We sell substances known as Nootropics ( also referred to as smart drugs, memory enhancers, neuro enhancers) and a line of novel compounds. The items are not recognized by the FDA, therefore, they are not for human consumption. These products are solely for research purposes only! By ordering these products, you agree that you have read and comply with our terms and conditions. Any indication that our terms have been breached will automatically cancel the order and account.
